Sir Tom hails Carnegie Trust’s centenary
The reception, held at Dover House, the Scotland Office on Whitehall, was attended by a number of distinguished guests and long-time partners of the trust including the Plunkett Foundation, NCVO, and The Wildlife Trusts.
Commenting on the trust’s milestone birthday, Sir Tom said: “The Carnegie UK Trust is best known for continuing Andrew Carnegie’s legacy in building 660 libraries around the UK.

A year-long programme of celebratory events is planned.
