Tesco crowned top retailer at World Food Awards
The company beat competitor Asda for the top spot, and also won Product of the Year for its newly launched African-Caribbean soft drinks brand Jammin, which was created as a direct result of feedback from the store’s customers.
The awards, which are now in their third year, have been created by the World Foods Association and recognise growth within the sector and the diversity of cultures and communities which inspire the industry.
