Steven Gerrard reveals Rangers repercussions as five Covid rule-breakers named and shamed
The club pledged to launch an internal investigations on Sunday night following a day of rumours and allegations relating to a breach in protocols.
The manager has confirmed that Nathan Patterson, Calvin Bassey, Bongani Zungu and Academy goalkeeper Brian Kinnear were involved in the incident, as was on-loan striker Dapo Mebude who is currently at Queen of the South.

Hide AdGerrard said: "That will be dealt with internally and the players will be fined. We are in dialogue with the SFA and the government moving forward to find the solution in-terms of those boys.
"They have been removed from the club and the squad for now on a short-term basis while they isolate and I will sit down with all of those boys face to face once we are allowed to do so.”
The Ibrox boss spoke to Rangers TV as he headed to Belgium for Thursday’s crucial Europa League match and said the focus was on the game with Royal Antwerp despite the speculation “which, from the top of the club to the bottom, we are all really disappointed in.”
Gerrard added: “It won't affect us as a group - I have been absolutely delighted in terms of application.
“I feel personally let-down by recent events but, I am trying to move forward and focus on the important things which is to prepare the team for a huge game against Antwerp.”
He also denied James Tavernier was a fitness doubt ahead of the game after press reports on Wednesday morning suggested the captain had been injured in training.
Alfredo Morelos and Kemar Roofe are back in the squad for the European game with the Colombian having completed a domestic suspension and also available for the weekend match with Dundee United.
"We have got some real, good news in-terms of having Alfredo and Kemar back available which will bring a lot of firepower to the squad and the group, and I am really looking forward to having them back for this fixture.”
