Romain Ntamack ruled out of France’s Nations Cup match against Scotland
The French rugby federation said that Ntamack will be replaced by uncapped Toulon player Louis Carbonel.
France did not specify the nature of the injury or how long Ntamack will be sidelined but his withdrawal is a tough blow for the team. The outstanding Ntamack has formed a promising half-back pairing with Antoine Dupont and the pair impressed during the Six Nations as France beat England, Wales, Italy and Ireland. The only match they lost was to Scotland in Edinburgh in March.
