12-year-olds charged
TWO 12-year-old boys have been charged in connection with an alleged assault on an 11-year-old boy on October 1.
The alleged assault took place on Craighall Road next to Trinity Academy in Edinburgh.
In a statement, a police spokesman said: "Two 12-year-old boys have been charged. A report will be sent to the Children's Reporter."
