Teen charged over assault
A TEENAGER has been arrested and charged in connection with an assault on a 63-year-old man who was attacked while he waited at a bus stop and suffered a broken jaw.
The 17-year-old boy was set to appear at Haddington Sheriff Court yesterday following the incident on Wednesday, June 29.
The victim was waiting at a bus stop when he was punched in the face several times by an attacker who then jumped on a double-decker to flee.
