Big guns enter
In the women's league, the big guns Grove Menzieshill and Milne Craig Western finally make their debut with two games over the weekend in a catch-up scenario.
It is difficult to imagine this year's title going outside the two rivals. Both have Giffnock as opponents this weekend, while Grove play Western Wildcats and Western are at home to Edinburgh University in their other fixtures.
VWS Dundee Wanderers went down 3-1 at home to league leaders Kelburne last weekend despite going a goal up through Vikki Bunce.
They also have a double header against CALA and Grange EL.
