There is the uncertainty around the lower leagues and whether League One, League Two and the leagues below will return after being shelved until the end of January. With that there is also the Scottish Cup.
In the top two tiers there are a number of fixtures which have to be scheduled for with plenty of action set to take place in the midweek dates over the next few weeks, while Rangers will return to European action next month.
The transfer window will also take centre stage in the coming days with it closing on Monday, February 1. With it entering its final days there will likely be an upturn in activity, whether it is for transfers this month or pre-contract agreements.
